Booking conditions
- The reservation is guaranteed by the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay.
- The balance is due 3 weeks before the arrival date.
- In case of a last minute reservation, the reservation is guaranteed by the payment of the total amount of the stay.

Conditions of cancellation
- Cancellation is possible 2 months before the arrival date. The deposit is returned to you.
- If the balance is not paid 3 weeks before the arrival date, the reservation is considered as cancelled and, according to article 1590 of the French civil code, the deposit is lost.
- However, if we manage to let the guest house for the same period, then we will refund the deposit.
- In case of no show, the reservation is cancelled. In accordance with article 1590 of the French civil code, we will not refund the deposit or the balance.
- If you decide to shorten your stay, we will not make any refund.
- In case of governmental restriction preventing you from traveling and/or preventing us from renting the place, we will refund the totality of the sums already paid.
Deposit
- Lapetitevagabonde: A deposit of eight hundred euros (800,00€) – cash, or via a credit card imprint – will be requested upon your arrival.
- Lagrandevoyageuse: A deposit of one thousand euros (1’000,00€) – cash, or via a credit card imprint – will be requested upon your arrival.
- The deposit will be returned to you at the latest 2 weeks after your departure.
- The deposit can be used in part or in full to cover major damages, or if it is necessary to call in a specialized cleaning company if the condition of the house requires it.
Insurance
- If it exists in your country, please send us a copy of your holiday insurance policy no later than your arrival. In France, this insurance is generally included in the comprehensive home insurance contracts.

- We regret that we cannot accept your pets.
