The historic port of Saint-Goustan in Auray

Are you tempted by a trip back to the Middle Ages? Head down Rue du Château from the center of Auray, towards the historic port of Saint-Goustan. To cross the Loch, you’ll cross a 13th-century stone bridge with four arches. If you look back, you’ll be able to guess where the fortified castle overlooking the river once stood.

If you like hiking, follow the Auray river from the port of Saint-Goustan and join the Bono loop. You’re on your way for a loop lasting over 4 hours. Along the way, don’t miss the old Bono suspension bridge.
