The fascinating thing about the côte sauvage is that it offers you a different landscape every day, and is magical in all weathers. Our advice is to start at the village of portivy and follow the path along the côte sauvage. It’s about ten kilometers to the Château Turpault in Quiberon, but you can turn back whenever you like (rest assured, we’ve never done the 20-kilometer round trip!).

But for bicycle enthusiasts, there’s no excuse! You’ll find that even at the edge of the cliffs, the road isn’t flat…

If you love sunsets, then a stopover in Portivy is a must. Chances are you won’t be alone, but you’ll soon find out why.
